How do you fix corrupt data files on a PS2 memory card?

Sorry, but no it is not possible. The only way to get rid of corrupted data is to completly reformat the memory card.

As far as I know it is not possible. Once it gets corrupted there is no way to recovery it back. This is why I try and do two saves for important data whenever possible. That way I always have a spare should one get damaged or corrupted.
