It depends on which Razor phone you have; the earlier versions won't be able to take a 512 mb sd card, but newer versions should be able to recognize them.

No it will not. First check your razors model to see what size memory card you can get in it. Typically it with be maxed out at a 2 giga bite micro SD card

There are various models of the Razor Phone. The older Razor Phones will not take the 512 Sd card but the latest models are compatible.

The razor uses a mini sd and it will take a 512 card. The newer Razors take even larger cards now.

the 512 mb SD card will not fit into the Razr as it uses a micro SD card and you will have to buy that as it doesn't accept a SD card.

If you mean a MICRO SD card, any of the expandable RAZRs such as the V3XX will be able to accommodate it. If your RAZR does not take a MICRO SD card, unfortunately you'll be out of luck.
