Unless you can move around, there is very little you can do to improve cell phone reception. If outdoors, move to the highest elevation possible (assuming it is safe to do so), and away from structures on your worksite. If indoors, walk around your building and see if there is a spot where you can pick up any signal bars.

Well this is a very common problem and this can be fixed by a signal booster. You can buy this easily from any major retailer and this will boost the signals at your workplace.
