If you mean the tank, they sell kits at wal-mart and other stores with instructions to replace all the seals and parts. If it is clogged, then your best bet is a long snake that you twist and push through to clear the clog. Leaking hoses will just need new rubber seals.

Well it depends on what is wrong with it. Usually you can go to the repair store and buy a repair kit that has a new valve and floater with chain, they come with easy to follow instructions.
