Buy a code reader. Hook the code reader into the diagnostic connector. Find out what code is in the book that is provided with the code reader. Fix the issue with the engine. If you can not fix the issue then take it to a mechanic who can fix it for you!

Well if you had said what code it was I could have given you some direction. Without knowing that I don't know what problem is occurring. You will have to look the code up yourself online to see what it means and how to remedy it.

You can go to a local Auto Zone and they will tell you what is wrong with it for free. Once you find out what the problem is you can buy the piece and fix it. It could be something as simple as a gas cap or it could be more complex like a misfire.
