Code refers to a transmission component called the Torque converter clutch. It could be stuck in the on or off postion. Make sure your transmission fluid is full. Check fluid when vehicle is warm and running on a level surface. If low fill to proper level and reset light. If light comes on the TCC is faulty and needs replacing.

This code is telling you that your transmission's torque converter is stuck in the off position. What this will render your transmission from doing is it wont allow it to go into overdrive.
