The fuel pump relay is located on the passenger side, in the engine compartment. Use a test light or volt meter and check power to the fuse cavities.

The fuse box is almost always under the dash on the drivers side and the relay box is in the engine compartment. It should say on the covers to each which fuses do what and likewise on the relay box cover. If there's no covers, check the owners manual.

Locations vary per vehicle, but they are normally under the hood, near the battery in an enclosed plastic box. Your owners manual should list the exact location for your vehicle.

Well one way is to look online to see if anyone has posted any information. Sometime people post picture and diagrams like this in forums. Try doing some searches to find them. If this is of no help the you should purchase a service or repair manual. This should list the locations of these items.

They are usually under the dashboard on the drivers' side, sometimes between the dashboard and the car door. Fuses can also be found in a black box under the hood.
