There's no real easy to do this. If you want to find your own, there are websites that will allow you to do this (if the person will cooperate, they can do this to). If not, there isn't a way to get their IP address.
Someone's IP address is discoverable if you can connect with their computer and then use a diagnostic tool on your end, or by physically accessing their computer or network.
