The best way is to search on facebook for their name. Another good option is to google their name, and see if it pulls a work email. You basically need to do some detective work. Try and find them in their environment away from home. Facebook is often a good option though, millions leave their addresses there, easy to find.

You can search the person's first and last name in Google, look up the person in the British BT phone directory. Search in the 192 directory, find out if the person has a profile page on a social networking website like Facebook or MySpace. People in the United Kingdom tend to use ICQ or MSN Messenger as well.
