Just go to facebook there probably cheesy faces are on there waiting for you to look them up. Also you could ask there best friend thats easy. You could also go to the boss and say I've got to know this persons Birthday or easiest just ask say your gonna send them a card.

You can check their birthday by asking your Human Resource Personnel because they have all the information for all the employees like birthday.
