You can actually get a few from Halmark but they are usually fairly lame. You can try making your own using Microsoft Office.

You can open Google. and search this query 'printable birthday cards'. Additionally you can visit your local book store for custom designs.

I would think a store like Office Depo or Staples would have them. Hall Mart might have them also. Look in your phone book for listings for printable birthday cards.
