You could place an ad in a local paper etc, but be careful of scams. You would also need proper insurance etc to protect yourself. The best way might be to hire a local housekeeping company. They will take care of all the tax and insurance problems, but your money will be paying their staff.

There are many people looking for employment right now in today's economy. You can go on yahoo hotjobs and login as looking for employees. Thats where lots of people go. Also there are other sites like craigslist and snagajob. M ost of these sites are easy to sign up with and you will find people easily
