The best way is to talk to the agency you were adopted from. They will be able to contact your parents to see if they are interested in meeting you.

Do you have any clue about your biological family? It is helpful to find your family with clue. If you don't have any clue of them means you have to try hard to get their details. Better search in google. Also there is lot social bookmarking sites available to search your biological family.

Hire a detective. Give him all the information you have and he'll know how to track them down. They are suprisingly resourceful in this matter. Usually $500 is all it takes. If you don't know what to tell him, don't worry, he'll know what to ask.
