Answer by  Rydley (13)

The easiest and the most fun way to factor a polynomial is by the trial and error method. Say the last digit on a polynomial is 12, you can try factors of 12 as a factor of polynomial (1, -1, 2, -2, 3, -3, 4, -4, 6, -6, 12, -12).
