How do you do a heel stretch?

The heel is a hard part of you body to stretch. The most effective way is to put you leg up, and trace the ABC's while just moving you ankle. This will stretch both you heel and your ankle. If you have rolled your ankle recently, then don't do this.

Sit in a chair with one leg crossed over the other. Grasp the toes of the crossed foot and pull them toward the body to stretch the heel plantar fascia.

1 way is to put your toes on a wall and then you can push. Or you can put your toes on the stairs and let your heel hang down.
