The best way to delete a tune on an ipod is to connect it to a computer through the usb cable and open itunes. itunes should recognize your ipod. on the left should show your ipod, which you can view your songs and add/delete them.

If you want to delete them from the library on your computer, you just right click the name of the song and click delete. If you want to delete them from your ipod and you have your ipod sinced to your library, you uncheck it and then sinc with your library.

Plug your ipod into your computer, find the songs you want to delete, click them once and press your 'delete' key. Go and find the root folder on your computer & if the file is still there then go and do the same on each file you want rid of in there.

First, you must have your Ipod plugged into a usb port. Once plugged in, the computer must have itunes installed (most up to date version is 9. x). The ipod will be set to sync with it's media library for itunes. If you won't want a song on your Ipod, you must delete it from here first.

The best way to do is going to Start-control panel-add or remove programs. wait until the screen shows all your programs and click on the I-tunes and select remove. That way you will start the uninstall for the program. You can also find software that does that for you, most time called uninstallers
