This is the easiest way I decoupage. You find an item you want to place pictures on, then find pictures to use. You can find these in magazines or even your own photos. Once you have these items dilute white glue with water and place your photo on your item and brush with the glue mixture, smooth and let dry!

The easiest way to decoupage is to glue the picture to the surface of the item you are decorating with white glue (like Elmer's). Next, with an artist's paintbrush, paint over the picture with white glue, thinned with a small amount of water. Varnish can also be used.

The first step in decoupage is to lay out the pictures they way you want them. Then use a product such as Modge Podge to adhere and top coat them.
