How do you deal with bad customer service?

I really hate bad customer service.

Approach this issue with a polite and cheery attitude, this will insure you are treated in a like manner. Customer service can be very difficult from either side of the issue when people are not treated as they would like to be. Listen closely, be polite and receive the same.

It depends on what is bad about the customer service. If it is the support team's attitude, then ask to speak to a manager. As long as you are civil about the issue, you should be able to get some degree of help.

There's really not much you can do as a customer, besides complain to the manager. A company either prides itself on quality service, or just doesn't care.

First remain calm and ask to talk to a manager. Explain clearly and without emotion how you feel and what you expect.
