Take a tea bag and place it in very cold water. Put one on each eye and relax for about 15 minutes. This usually does the trick.

Redeness under the eyes is a common problem coming when your skin is flushed. I generally cure it using several methods. You can put a cold rag over your eyes, which contracts the blood vessels. Visine can be applied directly to contract them, or, in a last ditch effort, you can put makeup over the red areas.

The redness may go away if you use slices of raw cucumber on your eyes. You can buy concealer to match your skin tone to hide the circles. These circles can be stress or fatigue triggered and about all you can do is hide them with makeup and hope for the best.
