you should not be concerned, most turtles are born with red eyes. if your turtle begins to act abnormally such as not eating then take it to the vet.

If the only symptom is red eye then check these: cleanliness of area, low humidity, injury, or UV lighting. If other symptoms appear then a veterinarian may be necessary.

Most male turtles have red eyes, I would take it to a vet to get checked. I wouldnt just think something was wrong. Always take to the vet!
