There are many ways to cook and prepare catfish. It can be cleaned and sliced into pieces. Then, you can smear it with salt, ginger-garlic paste and marinate it with 1 tsp lemon juice for 15 minutes. Put oil in a wok and deep fry it until it's done. In another pan, fry onions, capsicum and add the fried fish. Toss it all together and it's ready to go.
