You can covert Euros to any currency by taking it to a bank or legal money exchange venue and changing it. You'd get a better rate within India.

Converting a Euro to a rupee uses a basic mathematical formula (ratios). The standard term for this formula is the "currency exchange rate". The exchange rate is currently about 64 rupees to one Euro. Therefore, there would be 2 Euros for every 128 rupees, 3 Euros for every 192 rupees, and so on.

One Euro is equal to about 60 Rupees. In order to convert an amount of Euros your multiply the number by 60 and that will give you the Rupee value. In order to convert from Rupees to Euros you take the Rupee value and divide it by 60. Keep in mind the conversion rate changes slightly each day.
