How do you control a vicious dog?

You call animal control or you have the dog put in obediance training so it can be called back to the owner when it gets out of hand. You need to ell the neighbor this is what your going to do about the dog.

If your neighbors dog is dangerous and he keeps getting out call the police and report him. They will call Animal Control who will make him contain his dog so it cannot get out and hurt anyone or anything. You can also try talking to the neighbor to see if he will keep better control of his dog.
