How do you change your transmission fluid?

You do it similar to your oil. Warm the car up, drain the fluid and add new back in. some car have no drain plugs and the pan must be dropped. The pan will probably have to be removed anyway if you need to change the filter.

It can be a little different depending on the type of car you have. For the most part, raise the veicle if require to get to the trans pan. Losen but don't remove the bolts. Have a large drain pan underneath to catch the fluid. Replace filter if req. Put pan bac on and fill with correct fluid.
