Any reputable, nation-wide chain is more than capable to doing this. You by no means need to have a dealership do this for you. Try any Firestone, Pep boys, Monro muffler and Brake, AAMCO, Sears, Etc.... It would be a good idea to request an ASF certfied technician to be the technician to be the one working on your vehicle.

If you know someone who knows about cars, you could ask them. But if you don't you need to take it to a professional who knows what they are doing. Or you could get a manual on how to change it, and do it yourself, you could save a lot of money if you do.

I would recommend AAMCO if you can find one of their nationwide shops in your area, or the nearest Ford/Mercury dealership.

A friend with a basic mechanic skill can do that. Otherwise, I am willing for trans-oceanic flight to perform that task.
