The best thing to change out the transmission fluid is to pull the transmission plug and drain all the fluid into a pail and then refill the transmission fluid .

Purchase transmission filter kit, pan gasket and fluid. Lift car up to reveal the transmision pan. Do not confuse it with oil pan that will have a drain plug. Transmission pans normally have no drain plug. loosen the bolts until the fluid starts to drain. Remove pan slowly, clean pan thouroughly. Replace gasket and filter, tighten to proper torque. Refill.

The best thing to do to change the tranny fluid is to slide under the car and see if the transmission has a drain plug. If it does you can pull the plug out and it will drain the fluid. You can then add new fluid and you have just changed your transmission fluid.

there are two ways of going about this, a full flush, or just a drain and fill. A full flush should be done in an auto shop. first see if there is a drain plug for the transmission fluid. if not, you must remove the transmission fluid pan.

Jack up the vehicle. Locate the transmission. There will be two plug - one is a drain plug and the other is a fill plug. Once you drain the fluid pour new fluid in through the fill plug until it starts coming out.

get under the car and remove the transmission pan, it has about 24 bolts around the edge, have a large pan ready to catch the fluid its messy. once the fluid drains you need to replace the gasket and refill the fluid through the dipstick tube in the engine compartment

Warm the car up and turn it off. Drain the pan either with the drain plug or by carefully lowering the pan. Make sure not to damage the gasket. This will remove all but what fluid is in the radiator. Replace your filter if needed and refill the trans.
