Ensure car is level by raising it on 4 jacks stands or a lift. With oil plan aligned below, remove fill plug first, and then remove drain plug. With grease gun, fill reservoir to brim with approved fluid. Reattach fill and drain plugs. Lower car.

It is basically like changing your oil. Fluid comes out underneath, goes back in up top. Make sure you tilt the car to get all the old fluid out.

remove the bolts from the bottom of the transmission, drop the pan and have something there to catch the mess, remove the sump screen and relace with new, resael the transmission pan and refill the transmission via the dipstick tube to the proper level

Just like as if you were changing the oil where the fluid comes out at the bottom and rotates back up top. Tilt car to get fluid out.
