Airtime Minutes are normally rounded up to the nearest Minute. Some carriers even Charge if you allow the phone of the other end to ring for more than 30 seconds, even if there is no answer.
Airtime minutes are calculated the same way you would count normal minutes except they are rounded up. If you talk to 5 seconds it is still charged as 1 minute.
