This should be very simple. If they do not love you, simply do not call them. If they call you, tell them you are busy. If pressed, admit not interested.

If they do not love you, you should just tell them how you feel and call it quits. Be honest and open, and if nothing else, you can always just stop taking their calls and stop seeing them all together. If love is important to you, maybe you can just take a break and see what the future holds.
