How do you block someone who is blocking you on Facebook?

You can block someone on facebook, including people who blocked you. Go to the privacy settings page, on the "block people" box, you can enter the person's name or email

You go into your friend list and delete them from your Facebook friends. This will avoid any contact and they can no longer see you and you can't see them.

If somebody else is blocking you on Facebook, there is no need to block them back. It will have no effect on things displayed or their ability to contact you and vice versa. It is impossible to block a person who has blocked you.
