You have to be height and weight proportional and have more than average good looks. Then you need to sign with an agency who can get you work.

If you are good looking enough to be a model and have perfect proportions you should go to a modeling agency and ask them to represent you. If you have what it takes they will want to represent you and you should not have to pay them anything. Not even for pictures.

Look in your local area for places that take headshots and get a portfolio made without paying too much. Then send it to local modeling agencies.
