I would suggest that you upload the video to one of the many social networking sites and then provide a link to that page, such as youtube. Generally a video is too large to fit into an email, so just provide a url to a youtube page with the video.

It depends on what email client you are using. In Hotmail and Gmail, there are little buttons at the top of where you compose the email to include videos or photos. If all else fails, just upload the video somewhere, copy and paste the link. Youtube is your savior.
