Depending on the size of the video, emailing may not be possible (most ISPs limit attachments to 5 mb). One suggestion would be to upload the file to YouTube and send the link to your recipient.

Emailing a video is very simple. First you have to upload the video to your computer. Whenever you are sending an email you then click add attachment. You then attach the name of the video and there you go!
