Be very polite. Act like a gentleman but act with self confidence. Open the door for her. Treat her with respect. Find things to talk about then ask her out.

To approach a lady, you should be certain not to pressure her. Complimenting her, and not with some creepy pick-up line, would be best. Make sure to be yourself, which is all she really wants. Try to find some common interests and be sure to stay proper as well. It is obviously important to her.
