Get them well wet. Fill them with water and if able, adjust underwater and tip the water out. Adjust the loops so they are about the size of your head, put them on, take them off and readjust, repeat the process. Make the nosepiece smaller by pushing in by notches. It's a pain, but that's the nature of the beast.

Firstly you need to buy a adjustable goggles in order to adjust accordingly. Place the goggles on your head to see if the strap needs to be tightened or loosened. check if the nose piece needs to be adjusted. Take off your goggles and make the nose piece smaller by pushing each side in a notch or two.
