First you have to create enough space in your existing box to install a main breaker to feed the sub panel. Next you need to have the electrical service disconnected. Make sure main breaker installed in the existing box is sized correctly for the size of sub panel you instal.

An electrical box should be added from the terminals of another box of the same rating. The live wire of the existing box should be connected to the live of the box being installed, as should the neutral and earth.

I would call an electrician to come to your home and have them help you put one in. I am sure you can find one ready to help.
