A second hard drive cannot be added to most laptops internally. However, several options still exist to increase your storage space. The simplest is to use an external hard drive or usb stick. This will work for most purposes, but the disadvantage is that you have to carry an extra piece of equipment. You can also use an SD card.

A good solution to add a second hard drive is buy an external Hard Disk with USB 2. 0 interface or if you have enough money , buy a SSD disk.

It is generally not possible to install two hard drives inside a laptop. You can either change the hard drive inside to a larger one or buy an external drive.

You can not add another hard drive to a laptop, or at least internally. Laptops are almost un-upgradeable, with the exception of RAM. For more memory, your only option is to get an external hard drive which can be connected with through a USB port.
