Staph bacteria are naturally every where and are not a problem unless they get into us some how, usually through the skin or mouth. Most antibiotics will take care of it, but some staph bacteria are now resistant to the traditional medications. For resistant staph, i.v. antibiotics may be needed.

Antibacterial soaps eliminates these bacterias if present on skin. Antibacterial cleansers remove them from the environment. Good hygiene and sanitation prevents these bacterias completely. Most importantly exhausted air should be 100% uncontaminated.

There is really no way to totally eliminate it. A hospital is the easiest place to get it though because of all the blood and wounds they care for. You can always ask your doctor about it.
