Eat lots of watermelon, corn, grapes, cucumbers, and asparagus. Dandelion root and essential oils like lavender and rosemary in tinctures also work well, drink plenty of water.

Most likely a food that you regularly eat is causing the water retention. It is best to change up your diet and eat different foods! Still drink water!
