How do I write a buyer's right to cancel letter?

Reference the date of the contract and state that per the terms of the contract (cite them), you are cancelling the agreement purchase (whatever it is).

When writing this type of letter, make sure you specify the date of the contract and include the wording "per the terms of the contract" you are cancelling the purchase agreement. Also make sure that the letter includes letterhead, your address, and your printed name and signature at the bottom.
