It depends on what the message is. If it says unbalanced it could be that you have too many clothes in it or that you need to position the feet so that is balanced. If it is something else you can look in the owners manual and it will tell you what the message means.

first i would find owners manuel and check there and if not enough information would go to the internet to find the exact model and see what the recomend doing.
