Odor, pain and discharge (pus) are usually the first signs that you have and STD. For males it will burn when peeing. Women will usually have a foul smelling discharge.

It's hard to for females to tell. An STD must be definitively diagnosed in order to prescribe proper treatment. Call the health department for the location of Free Clinics in your area. You can also call Planned Parenthood or see your family doc for confidential and discrete diagnosis.

Common symptoms are urinary pain, or discharge. Others present as ulcerative lesions. Once like HIV are sometimes associated with acute retroviral syndrome but are often silent.
