If it's hunger, eat something high in protein for long-lasting satisfaction, such as eggs or nuts. If it's not hunger, it could be serious and require seeing a doctor.

Usually your stomach grumbles when you are hungry or have indigestion or gas. So to stop this is either to eat on time or when you get hungry, do not eat too much food and if you have gas just try to lay on your tummy with a pillow under to apply pressure and release the gas.

Usually the easiest way to prevent rumblings is to feed yourself small quantities of food on a frequent basis. The rumbling is the stomach walls rubbing against each other as the stomach is anticipating a meal. Having small amounts of food in there give the stomach something quiet to do.

This is usually due to dehydration and NOT hunger. Drink a lot more water. If it still rumbles then it means you're hungry.

Your stomach contracts to empty it's contents into your intestines for digestion. If there is nothing in it, you can feel it and hear it. People discribe this a "growl" or a "rumble". It may also be gas. If it is painful, see a doctor.

This is caused my gas movements usually in an empty stomach. Eat something at regular intervals, or if you can't access food then drink water or suck a sweet.

Depends on what is causing it. If it is empty, try consuming more water between meals or snacks. Or, rumbling could be caused by what is moving through your intestinal tract, if it is causing gas, the bubbles could be causing the rumbling sound, in that case you may need to change your diet to avoid things that cause gassiness.
