To reset the parental control password on a Magnavox TV you first have to enter the manufactures override code which is 0711. To enter the code go to menu and find autolock or smartlock, enter the code. If it does not work the first time enter the code again.

They are well known for their menu systems so this is an easy one. Just go into Settings and click where it says to reset the password.
