How do I replace a deck post on a concrete patio?

Provide temporary support for the deck and then cut away the problem post. Get a surface mount post holder and secure in the concrete using Tapcon screws. Drill pilot holes in the concrete before using the tapcons. Then put the new post into the holder and secure to the deck.

If you are wanting to replace this type of deck post then you will need to remove and replace in hours.
