I would check the lines to see if they are still attached,also check the fluid level. Then the next thing to check would be the pump.

The first thing I would do is to make sure there is fluid in the reservoir. If you can here the motor hum but no fluid comes out then your line or nozzle may be blocked. Otherwise inspect the wiring and fuse for problems.

More likely than not - the fluid pump has gone bad. It's a simple repair, as the pump is located on the fluid resevoir. First, disconnect the line that goes to the washer nozzles from the pump. Then run the washers. If you have a mess of fluid - the pump is good. If not, replace the pump.
