Several factors contribute to a battery discharge. You can go to have several posibillities tested usually free of charge at automotive parts stores such as Auto Zone. Things to check there would be: the battery to see if it will no longer hold a charge, and the Alternater to see if it is charging the battery.

Well if the battery is low but still good charge it up with a charger. If the charging system isn't working fix it or it will go dead again.

You have to buy a battery charger made for car batteries. You have to remove the battery from the car, and connect the charger to your battery and charge.

If it is a continuous discharge, you will have to track down the source. There is either something left on when you shut the car off (interior light? ) or a short in a wire somewhere forming a completed circuit, which draws energy from the battery. A frayed wire is a likely source of a short.
