You should see your gyno because this could be a number of things. It could be happening because of the HPV or it could be something related to the pregnancy.

Vaginal discharge during pregnancy is very normal, however having green discharge is something you should speak with your doctor about. It is an indication of an infection.

why do you have green discharge probly cause you had an infection for awile your body is going to push it out you'd rather it out than in.. right you should keep in touch with your mate do not have sex for at least two weeks

Vaginal discharge is normal in women and it is odorless. But If the vaginal discharge is in yellow or green colour, then it is strongly associated with some infections. As you are pregnant it is better to consult your as early as possible.
