Take 24 oz of distilled water, 2 cups of rose petals and 1/2 cup of formunators alcohol. Cover petals with distilled water and alcohol for 2 weeks. Strain with a coffee filter and put in clean jar. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. There are many uses for this. Look on the internet for uses.

Pretty easy actually. Take fresh rose petals, drop them in hot water and allow to sit overnight at room temp. Skim off the petals and us water.
