First, wash the egg by gently rinsing it under cool water. Then, use a pin to prick one hole on each end of the egg. Put the egg to your mouth and blow out the insides through the hole on the opposite end. Let dry. Once egg has been emptied and dried, paint using your choice of materials.

You have to drain the yolk out of the egg by poking it with a sharp object at one end and then poking the other end and blowing the contents out. Then you get dye and paint the egg.

Make tiny holes in both ends of the egg using a pointy needle. Empty the egg completely through one of the holes and allow it to dry. You can paint it using any water-based paint. Be careful when handling the empty egg, it will break very easily!

The most important part of painting eggs is to first boil the eggs! If you don't boil the eggs, you can easily break them or they can go rotten and smell quicker. After you boil the eggs for roughly 10 minutes, you can paint them with any paint set from a crafts store, even water colors can work.
